5 Stylish Outfits That Parisians Will Be Wearing This Fall
If you’ve been following the articles I’ve been writing this past month you know that I just can’t stop talking about my 1 month trip to Paris. The style has had me in a chokehold since I came back and I’m so happy to share what I’ve found with you all!
The one reason I love Parisian women’s style so much is because of it’s class. The amount of clean girl looks I saw felt incredibly effortless, stylish, and chic. Not only that, many of the outfits Parisians wear are easy to re-wear across seasons, and being an outfit repeater is almost encouraged!
As the season has changed to cooler weather I wanted to see how well I’m able to transition my wardrobe from my Paris summer wardrobe to fall and luckily, what Parisians will be wearing this fall aligns perfectly with the change of the season. Here are the 5 stylish outfits that Parisians will be wearing this fall!
Maxi Skirts
Thankfully we can now take our fabulous new maxi skirts into fall with us. I’m obsessed with the idea of pairing a silk maxi skirt with a sweater or a denim maxi skirt with a chic turtleneck.
Button Downs
A closet staple made into a full look is the best of both worlds of trends and a capsule wardrobe. From a classic button down look to a layered piece or even tied into a crop top, a classic button down look with either a skirt or trousers will always be a stylish outfit for women in Paris (and me).
Flats and Sandals
While we all know that flats are trend for the entire year, there’s no better way to use this trend to keep your outfits for fall both stylish and comfortable. Ballet flats will work with multiple outfits as is, but pointed toe flats and sandals are also in and are incredibly versatile to wear with trousers, skirts and dresses.
Trousers
Well I’ve already mentioned trousers at least twice in this article but here they are again! Fall is the perfect time to trade out those light-weight linen trousers we’ve been rocking all summer for cotton and wool trousers that will last all throughout fall and winter. Pair with those classic button downs or an oversized striped sweater and you’ll be channeling your inner Paris girl in no time!
Simple Jewelry
This one may be a little different considering one of the biggest trends for fall is chunky gold jewelry. However, for Parisian women you can never go wrong with simple jewelry to complete a look.
