5 Ways to Style a Button-Up Shirt for Fall
Classic, crisp button-ups are one of my favorite things this to wear Fall. They are timeless and bring traces of elegance and old money aesthetic to any look.
You can easily incorporate them into your wardrobe with a pair of wide-leg pants to balance out the tailored button-up look. Or, go for more tailored bottoms if you prefer a more flowy silhouette for your button-ups.
There are a wide variety of button-ups to choose from on the market right now! Just pick the one that best fits your style, but if you’re looking to see what’s trending, denim and plaid are your go-to options this Fall.
When in doubt, you can never go wrong with an ageless white button-up. You can dress it up with slacks, or down with your favorite pair of jeans for a look that you can wear every season.
For my fellow petite women, I suggest tucking your button-up into a pair of structured pants. Many button-ups are a little long, so this will help keep your outfit proportional. You could also wear a cropped tank inside and use the button-up as an outside layer instead. Also, make sure to look for a petite size so that it has a more tailored look for your smaller frame.
