5 Fall Trends and How Petite Women Can Style Them
Fall is here! That means cooler weather, pumpkin spice everything, and a wardrobe refresh for a new season. I’m a huge fan of Fall styles, bring me all the sweaters and boots! I’m 5”1’, so I am always looking for ways to rock seasonal trends while also finding pieces that compliment my petite size. Wide Leg Jeans
Skinny jeans have slowly been fading into the background as wide leg silhouettes are starting to take over. For us petite ladies, finding an inseam that fits without tailoring is almost impossible. When looking for wide leg bottoms, look for a shorter inseam or go for a cropped style.
Leather
Leather is an essential piece for Fall. Whether it’s a coat or a skirt, be sure to grab one of these staples to add into your rotation. For petites, make sure to your leather jacket is fitted/structured or cropped to get the most flattering fit.
Jumpsuits
Jumpsuits were so chic for summer and now can be transitioned for Fall. Add some booties and a cardigan to finish off this comfy and composed trend. For wide legged bottoms, find cropped inseams. Also, try to look for belted jumpsuits or middle cinches for a better fit.
